				Precision Welding Technologies (PWT) provides preventative and corrective maintenance services as well as training on automated GTAW/PAW, electron beam, and resistance welding equipment.

Capabilities: Our "Welding Systems Maintenance Division", is based in Oak Forest, Illinois. Our previous experience at a major equipment manufacturer has led to our maintenance staff being considered by many in the industry as the leading advanced welding systems test and service organization in the world. We now have servicemen located on the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast.; This division supports customers with advanced welding systems all over the world.

Responsibilities: Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance services and operator, programming, and/or maintenance training courses at customer sites. Supports advanced arc, electron beam, laser, and resistance welding systems.; Responsible for system troubleshooting, weld process development, design of wiring interconnection, and system ladder sequence in advanced welding systems.; Test procedures for troubleshooting, calibration, and quality control of equipment.

Experience: Experience with vacuum systems, high voltage & high current systems, mainframe & microprocessor computers, PLC's, and robotic servo systems.; Experience testing and installing automatic/semi-automatic welders, hardfacing machines, and electron beam welding systems.
